- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was given a a nebulizer for my infant "just in case she needed it" at her follow up appointment I returned the piece of equipment unopened because she didn't need it. I received a bill in the mail dated after I returned the equipment and it took me two weeks to get Linda on the phone to discuss the matter, along with other insurance matters. She said she would look into it and get back to me. She never got back to me and the "third party billing system" they use for insurance cannot do anything and are now threatening to send me to collections. my insurance will pay for it but since I have stated I do not have that in my possession they cannot bill my insurance but I have to pay it.
