- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited 2 months for new patient visit for my dad with Mark Phillips (not sure if I should even address him Dr.). No respect for patient whatsoever, major attitude at ANY question we asked and didn't even answer 1/3 of them. His default response is "I don't know, ask someone else". How do you call yourself a doctor when you don't care about your patient's best interest? He was your NEW pt, didn't do a single thing wrong to you. ABSOLUTLY horrific. Switched him immediately to Dr. Koay. She was my mom's doctor and seems much better so far.March 04, 2017by Alina Johnson
